Sentient Bridge by EONTACT is an independently developed constitutional-governance framework intended to preserve human agency, legitimate authority, continuity, dignity, sovereignty, and opportunity visibility across individual, institutional, and sovereign contexts. This Public Expression establishes a dated public identity and provenance marker for the work while deliberately withholding internal architecture, implementation mechanics, registries, resolution functions, activation logic, and other controlled technical material. Public principles identified in this expression include: capability does not establish authority; useful information is not automatically entitled information; shared capability does not create shared authority; coordination without absorption; continuity without engineered dependency; and consequential lineage. This record is provided for provenance, citation, bounded review, and controlled institutional evaluation. No rights to undisclosed Sentient Bridge architecture, implementation methods, internal mechanisms, trademarks, or other proprietary material are granted by this public expression.
