This paper begins with an ontological assumption—"the foundation is relations"—and constructs a model of endogenous phase transitions in relational density evolution within hierarchical systems. Unlike existing models, this model does not rely on external thresholds or directives. Instead, it takes "density deviation from equilibrium position" as the condition for transition, and adaptively adjusts transition parameters according to inter-level differences. Numerical experiments demonstrate that the model can generate self-sustaining, intermittent phase transition events, with transitions concentrated at the level with the greatest initial difference. This paper offers a path for translating a "relational ontology" into a computable model, and provides a unified tool for cross-hierarchical system analysis.
