For analysis of photoinduced charge transfer processes at semiconductor electrodes a special ring‐disc electrode has been developed and tested. This electrode, consisting of a semiconductor disc and platinum ring, makes it possible to determine in situ electron transfer between redox systems and semiconductor electrode during simultaneous anodic dissolution. Data obtained with a CdS‐disc electrode are discussed.
