Although uncommon, ulcerative jejunitis has been well described in patients with celiac disease. l This phenomenon has been documented with surgicall ,2 and post-mortem pathologic specimens. l Although endoscopic visualization of jejunal ulceration in nongranulomatous ulcerative jejunoileitis has been reported, an enteroscopic description of this entity complicating celiac disease is lacking.3 We report the case of a patient with celiac disease who had jejunal ulcerations visualized by small bowel enteroscopy.
