Treatment of [p‐tBu‐calix[4](OMe)2(OLi)2] with two equivalents of BeCl2 gave the unprecedented dinuclear beryllium complex [p‐p‐tBu‐calix[4](OMe)2(OBeCl)2], which was structurally characterized, both in solution (NMR) and in the solid state (X‐ray structure analysis).
