The [(PtMo6O24)3H16]8–, [(PtMo6O24)3H14]10–, and [(PtMo6O24)4H23]9– anions have been crystallized as tetra‐n‐butylammonium and tetra‐n‐butylammonium/triethylammonium salts and structurally characterized using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques. Together with the [(PtMo6O24)2H7]9– and [(PtMo6O24)2H9]7– anions described by Lee and Sasaki in 1994, these anions form a homologous series of hydrogen‐bonded aggregates where stacks of protonated [α‐PtMo6O24]8– anions are stabilized by hydrogen‐bonding interactions.
