Six Sigma is a process improving method. It is also a project-based approach. Selection of the right project affects the successfulness of implementing a Six Sigma project. Projects are expensive and require considerable human input, money, and time resources, which are limited. In addition to these, when the number of the projects is increased, projects' prioritising becomes more crucial. In this study, a fuzzy analytic network process (ANP) approach was developed in order to prioritise Six Sigma projects. To explore effectiveness of the approach, an empirical case study of a supplier, which produces electrical components for automobile industries, was demonstrated.
