The supersymmetric QCD corrections to top quark pair production by qq{} annihilation in pp{} collisions are calculated in the minimal supersymmetric model. We present the analytic expressions of the corrections to the total tt{} production cross section at the Fermilab Tevatron. The numerical results show that the corrections can enhance the cross section by {~}10% for favorable parameter values.
