Bio-feedback has recently been taken into use in the treatment of diseases of muscular origin. Here it is possible to establish a self-controlling relaxation and straining of muscles. Detrusor-sphincter dyssynergia of non-neurological origin is possibly a functional development disorder well suited for bio-feedback treatment. A bio-feedback circuit and the treatment of a patient with detrusor-sphincter dyssynergia is described in the present paper.
