Pinjaman Online Pada E-Commerce Shopee Paylater Ditinjau Dari Perspektif Ekonomi Islam

This study aims to determine the Shopee Paylater transaction in the perspective of Islamic economic law. Using this type of qualitative research which is carried out directly to the field to collect data needed by researchers. The samples used were several students of Raden Mas Said State Islamic University Surakarta. Shopee Paylater is one of the credit payment features in the Shopee application which provides loans to customers to buy the items they need. The results show that Shopee Paylater transactions are included in Riba and Qard. There is also another opinion to avoid the usury, the fine funds are diverted to social funds. Meanwhile, if you are unable to pay the fine due to force majeure, infaq here becomes sunnah.
