Cytogenetical studies were performed in two cases of clinic pathologically suspected malignant lymphomas. The chromosomal results. obtained in direct preparations studied by G-band technique. unequivocally showed a malignant process in both cases and thereby contributed significantly to a firm and rapid diagnosis. The karyotypic deviations observed in the present material were in agreement with the pattern earlier found in a survey of banded non-Burkitt lymphomas.
