Congenital adrenal hyperplasia results from an inborn error of metabolism of adrenocortical steroidogenesis, genetically determined and inherited as an autosomal recessive. The condition has been described in identical twins (4,5). This paper reports the occurrence in dizygotic twins. Case Reports Patient L.R. was referred to The Children's Hospital Medical Center at 1 month of age because of ambiguous genitalia. She was the second born of twins delivered to a gravida 2, para 2 mother after an uneventful 34 weeks's gestation. The mother received no drugs and had no illness during the pregnancy. The birth weight was 4 pounds. The placenta and amniotic membranes were not examined.
