Polyamide dendrons and dendrimers have been synthesized using a continuous‐flow microreactor. Furthermore, the synthesized polyamide dendron was deposited onto functionalized glass surface through the formation of amide bond using a facile coupling procedure via a microreactor. The dendron deposition process involved two major steps: the functionalization of the native glass surface using 3‐aminopropyl triethoxysilane, and followed by coupling of the synthesized polyamide dendron with an aminosilanised surface. Compared with the conventional synthesis method, the microreactor provides a comparable yield, selectivity and a considerably faster synthesis rate. Nanostructured polyamide G1 dendron thin films could be deposited using an impinging flux from this microreactor in minutes.
