A novel sustainable approach to valued γ‐valerolactone was investigated. This approach exploits the visible‐light‐mediated conversion of biomass‐derived levulinic acid by using a bimetallic catalyst on a graphitic carbon nitride, AgPd@g‐C 3 N 4 .
