The Miesowicz viscosities η₁, η₂, and η₃ and the Leslie coefficients γ₁ and γ₂ of perfectly aligned nematics are determined by nonequilibrium molecular-dynamics simulations. The results are compared with theoretical predictions and with experimental data.
