A numerical method is presented which allows the computation of local ion concentrations as a function of distance from a charged surface. This has been applied to a micelle‐supported metal complexation reaction. The reactivity profile can be explained in the total range of surfactant concentration by making use of two different models of poly‐electrolyte solutions.
