A case of lymphangiectasis of the skeleton in a 7-year-old girl is presented. A cystic hygroma of the neck was removed. A skeletal survey revealed lesions of the thoracic spine, ribs, pelvis, and hand. Three years later, the vertebral bodies collapsed. Lymphography demonstrated abnormal lymphatic channels in the lungs and vertebrae. After radiotherapy all skeletal lesions regressed.
