A many-body theory which takes account of the two-hole and one-electron multiple scattering is developed. By applying it to a simple model simulating nickel, the result of the recent angle resolved photoemission experiment is discussed. A reduction of both the exchange splitting and the d band width is obtained. The satellite position shifts toward the Fermi level from that given by the two-hole t -matrix theory.
