The properties of the collective excitation and the motion of solitons originates in the inner local fluctuation and deformation of the structure of molecules in the organism, and protein has been discussed utilizing an analysis of inner excitation in the molecule and the sound oscillation caused by neighbouring correlation effects between molecules by considering the anomalous correlation interaction in this system. These new results show that the Davydov theory is only an approximate theory.
