Spontaneous ovarian hyperstimulation‐like reaction caused by primary hypothyroidism

Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) is a potential complication of ovarian induction therapy.Spontaneous ovarian hyperstimulation is a very rare condition and mimicks ovarian malignancy.Up to now, few cases with spontaneous OHSS have been published in women with primary hypothyroidism (1 Á/3).We report a female patient with spontaneous ovarian hyperstimulation-like reaction due to primary hypothyroidism and partial clinical presentation of OHSS.
