Transfer of thermal radio emission in a rainy atmosphere is studied by the method of successive scattering orders. Numerical simulation is performed at wavelengths of 3, 8, 15.4, and 22 mm. The advantage of the suggested method over the finite-difference approach in estimation of precipitation parameters based on space radiometric data is shown.
