Modern experiments in high-energy physics require complex software infrastructure for efficient processing and analysis of experiment data. This paper presents the results of the software infrastructure modernization in the BM@N experiment within the NICA project, where the improvements are aimed at unification, standardization, and enhancement of security of information systems and services. The article describes the transition to a unified JINR SSO authentication system integrated with the BM@N Keycloak solution for managing user groups and access rights, standardization of the technology stack with implementation of approaches based on the BFF (backend-for-frontend) pattern. Special attention is given to the BM@N Meet web application for managing videoconferencing resources by collaboration members. The implemented containerized architecture with automated recovery mechanisms ensures service scalability and high availability, significantly reducing system downtime during component failures.
