The gravitational field equation is conventionally postulated at the phenomenological level, with Newton's constant G introduced as a fundamental input. Within the Coarse-Grained Emergent framework (CSF-CMT), in which spacetime geometry, matter fields, and interactions emerge from the coarse-graining of a single first-space meta-field, we derive the microscopic mechanism underlying the gravitational response. We define the wrap–suck coupling between a particle's entanglement cloud and the ambient medium: an inward "wrap" restoring force (cloud–core entanglement stiffness) competes with an outward "suck" force (medium decoherence drag, governed by the absorptive part of the entanglement dielectric function). The imbalance of these forces in an external potential gradient yields an imbalance force linear in the gradient, which we identify as the microscopic ancestor of gravity. We show that the four-layer confinement spectrum of the Standard Model is statically fixed by quantized-flux pinning — flux quantization at the string scale, barrier heights set by winding numbers and the Poincaré stiffness, and barrier widths set by Compton lengths of the four binding thresholds — and dynamically opened by instanton-mediated interlayer tunneling. The tunneling-rate spectrum reproduces the decoherence ladder spectrum identically, converting each phenomenological threshold into a tunneling channel. The collective imbalance response obeys a Poisson-type equation with a composite Newton constant, GCSF = gwrap\,χmed/Φcrit, expressing gravity's weakness as a double suppression (Yukawa coupling times coarse-graining power law). The framework makes four falsifiable commitments, including the spectral-index structure of the decoherence ladder and environmental dependence of confinement scales.
