Urban wellness tourism has emerged as a relevant dimension of contemporary tourism, yet empirical and comparative analyses of urban wellness experiences remain limited. This study examines Airbnb-mediated urban wellness experiences across 33 European cities. Using semantic text embeddings, fifteen wellness elements grouped into five dimensions are operationalised from Airbnb Experiences descriptions and reviews to construct aggregated experiential wellness profiles. The study identifies and compares these profiles, assesses their degree of convergence, and provides comparative insights that may inform tourism planning and destination development. Results reveal a high degree of convergence across cities, with social, immersive, and cultural elements (particularly host interaction and immersion) dominating the Airbnb-mediated wellness offer. Multivariate analyses identify a shared latent structure underlying city profiles, supported by high cosine similarity and strong inter-city agreement. Overall, the findings suggest that Airbnb-mediated urban wellness experiences reflect a common experiential model rather than strong destination-specific differentiation.
