Theoretical analysis models zero-point energy as a deterministic action residue and vacuum impedance, suggesting novel testable conditions for dynamical Casimir photon generation.
Action-Only Theory (AOT) reconstructs physics around a single primitive, "action," emphasizing deterministic mechanisms over probabilistic explanation where the two are not equivalent. First, AOT redefines the vacuum not as an unknown medium but as an electromagnetic response ratio—the impedance Z0(E/H)—reducing several standard-model parameters to a shared unit-system dependency, distinct from a claim of physical unification. Second, Zero-Point Energy (ZPE) is described not as a probabilistic fluctuation but as a deterministic residue arising from truncation at the minimum unit of action, ℏ. ZPE thereby functions as an AC bias preserving the linearity of physical law. The Casimir effect follows as a high-pass mode cutoff. Finally, we propose a wedge-shaped ("V-shaped") Casimir cavity as an experimental setting for probing frequency-position mapping and candidate conditions for dynamical Casimir photon generation. … Read more
