While standard quantum mechanics exhibits extraordinary predictive power in the microscopic regime, it is fundamentally incomplete due to the measurement problem, its incompatibility with general relativity, and unresolved anomalies beyond the Standard Model. This paper proposes an ”Upgraded Quantum Dynamics” (UQD) framework that subsumes standard quantum mechanics as a sub-limit (G → 0, m → 0). By integrating the Di´osi-Penrose (DP) objective collapse model with the stochastic post-quantum approach, and elevating it through Rough Operator Algebra (ROA) and Seonggil Field Equations (SFE), we formulate a mathematically rigorous mechanism where gravity acts as the instigator of macroscopic classicality. The UV divergences of the DP model are regularized via ROA, and the stochastic back-reaction is mediated deterministically through the Complex Torsion inherent in SFE.
