This paper takes the global dark energy superfluid as a working hypothesis and constructs the medium dynamic equations. Gravitational effects are interpreted as the pressure gradient effect of the dark energy superfluid. The medium has an extremely low but non-zero effective viscosity, and its perturbation to the propagation of background photons is weak. This work compares the processes of black hole accretion and material evolution under the frameworks of general relativity and the dark energy superfluid model. In the picture of general relativity, matter falling into the black hole passes through the event horizon and eventually tends to the singularity, terminating the evolution of original matter. In the dark energy superfluid framework, baryonic matter dissociates into dark energy superfluid medium after falling inside the horizon. Driven by the strong pressure gradient inside the black hole, the medium surges outward to form jets, and the main component of jets is dark energy superfluid. The jet expands adiabatically outward with a slight temperature drop; near strong jet perturbations, phase transition occurs to produce positive and negative particle pairs. Baryon asymmetry arises from parity non-conservation, which retains positive matter, and the generated baryon ratio is related to the cosmic density ratio of dark energy.
