Spacetime is a 4-dimensional structure that combines three dimensions of space and one dimension of time. According to general relativity, matter and energy affect the geometry of spacetime. This paper proposes that quantum fluctuations in stress-energy could cause perturbations in spacetime geometry. Under certain conditions, these perturbations could lead to multiple possible geometries. I describe this as a branching phenomenon. The basic idea can be represented by m0→B→{mi}i=1N, where m0 represents the starting geometry, B represents the branching process, and {mi}i=1N represents the possible resulting geometries. The purpose of this framework is to investigate whether quantum stress-energy fluctuations could produce different possible spacetime geometries.
