We report Milestone M1 of Campaign A (wide-binary dynamics in the low-acceleration regime), executed entirely through phone-scale queries against the Gaia DR3 archive. A three-step staged query ladder (S1: pipeline validation; S2/S2+: quality-filtered member selection) produced a kinematically cleaned atlas of 107 Hyades cluster members with five-parameter astrometry and radial velocities. Pipeline validation: returned member mean radial velocity 39.45 km/s against the literature value 39.4 km/s; member mean parallax 21.3 mas against the canonical 21.4 mas; astrometric quality cuts (ruwe < 1.4, parallax-over-error > 10) and a proper-motion window (±25 mas/yr about (105, −28)) reduce cone contamination from 40% to a flagged residual of seven anomalous sources. The anomaly registry yields a complementary diagnostic rule for binary contamination (parallax-outlier/RV-outlier exclusivity), directly transferable to candidate purification in tidal-environment stellar studies. All queries, selection criteria, and staged amendment records are reproduced verbatim for full auditability. Products are staged for open archiving (Zenodo v1.0) and a first progress report to the ESA Gaia Helpdesk (letter included). The 107-member atlas constitutes the quiet-zone baseline calibration for the campaign's ten-step ladder (3/10 completed).
