OurMED D8.4 Multi-sectoral Policy Recommendations, Lessons Learned and Guidance. Version 1.1

The objective of this deliverable 8.4 (D8.4) is to translate the scientific, technical and participatory results generated across the OurMED work packages into policy recommendations, lessons learned and practical guidance that can be acted upon by decision-makers beyond the lifetime of the project. As the final deliverable of Work Package 8, it does not repeat the technical content of earlier deliverables. Instead, it extracts from them the governance, funding and institutional conditions under which sustainable water storage and distribution in the Mediterranean can realistically be achieved, and states those conditions in the form of recommendations that name a responsible actor, an existing instrument and a time horizon.
