I read with interest the article by Paul Moorbath, Senior Librarian at St Bartholomew's School of Nursing in the April 29 edition of the Nursing Standard. An article that could only be described as 'excellent' and extremely useful; but, with one exception in that 'within the management section of his chart, as an alternative to the Royal College of Nursing' I was disappointed to see he had not included the Institute of Supervisory Management (ISM).
