This paper investigates how the quantum deformation of the Kazakov–Solodukhin black hole influences the surrounding spacetime, with particular emphasis on modifications to the geodesic structure. By deriving the geodesic equations, we analyze the motion of particles and light, identify the positions of the event horizons, and explore the trajectories of time-like and null particles in a quantum-corrected black hole background. In addition, we study the critical points of the effective potential, the photon sphere, the black hole shadow, and the turnaround radius. We further evaluate the stability of these trajectories, using the Lyapunov exponent to scrutinize the behavior of particle orbits around black holes.
