The integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) into education has become a priority throughout the world, particularly to improve the learning of science subjects in lower and upper secondary schools. This study analyses secondary school teachers’ perceptions of the use of ICT in their teaching practices. The results reveal a level of digital skills that is above the national average, although disparities remain. Most teachers recognize the positive impact of ICT on student motivation, the diversification of teaching methods and the development of autonomy. However, there is a strong demand for training, especially in the use of interactive software and the evaluation of digital learning. The study highlights the need for targeted support and appropriate in-service training to enhance teachers’ digital skills and optimize the integration of digital technology into Moroccan education.
