Strain Sensing In article number 2207141, Yongsong Luo, Xiaoliang Chen, Jinyou Shao, and co-workers propose a gated microchannel-based strain-sensing strategy inspired by ion channels in living organisms. Discretely distributed micropillars are introduced into fluidic channels to act as smart gates, which can nearly cut off the ion pathways during contraction and closure, resulting in ultrahigh sensitivity and robust stability.
