On the basis of a thorough analysis of the stochastic proporties of particle motion in axial channels with thermally vibrating atoms the Fokker‐Planck equation for the distribution function of channeled particles over transverse motion energy is obtained. A random parametric effect of the thermal vibrations on the transverse motion of channeled particles is discovered. Analytical expressions for the distribution function over the transverse energy, the dechanneling function, and the integral penetration distribution foi particles injected into a crystal under channeling conditions are obtained.
