Five cases of suprasellar, cyst associated with isosexual precocious puberty are described. The cysts communicated with the third ventricle and filled with air at pneumography. Arteriography, performed in 3 cases, demonstrated, findings associated with suprasellar mass. Surgery was performed in 3 cases. Tissue from the thin cyst wall was insufficient for diagnosis in 1 case. Connective tissue and epithelial elements were found in the other 2. After surgery, the findings of sexual precocity regressed in 1 case. In 2 cases, clinical presentation consisted of precocious puberty without neurological findings. One patient (the only girl in the group) presented with precocious puberty at one year of age.
