This extended Version 2 establishes the generalized hydrodynamic continuum mechanics for the Superfluid Hydrodynamic Model (SHM). By embedding the Universal Fluid Key (vfluid=c(r)) into steady-state fluid equations, we derive a modified Euler equation that completely unifies material pressure gradients and metric light-speed variables within a single operator. The classical cosmological vacuum is formalized as a uniform "Metric Anticyclone" experiencing a state of dynamic rest where spatial gradients vanish (∇⃗c=0). An explicit polytropic equation of state (n=1) coupled with local metrological causality allows the analytical derivation of the velocity profile c(r)=c₀√{1-rₛ/r}, absorbing the classical 3/2 shear coefficient via a metric gauge scale factor transformation. At galactic scales, the coupling of the Bernoulli effect with Landau's critical velocity threshold, resolved via the explicit radial integration of Hall-Vinen vortex lines, accounts for anomalous flat rotation curves through pure mutual quantum friction, eliminating dark matter hypotheses. Furthermore, gravitational waves are reformulated as longitudinal acoustic shock waves generating a transverse refractive response inside laser cavities. Finally, we formalize a refractive redshift metrology, demonstrating that inverted spectral data (csource=c₀/(1+z)) allows the direct mapping of local gravitational fields solely through spatial redshift gradients (∇⃗z).
