Triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) porous structures are widely used for the flow and mass transfer fields due to the large specific surface area and highly interconnected pores. This paper presents the parametric sheet gyroid porous structures, whose porosity and structural configuration can be accurately regulated by the periodic parameter ω and curvature parameters C 1 and C 2 . The quantitative correlations between the design parameters and both porosity and specific surface area were established, and eighteen gyroid porous structures with different porosities and configurations were generated based on the functional relationships. Then, the CFD numerical models of the sheet gyroid porous structures were developed to investigate the influences of porosity and structural configuration on flow and mass transport properties. The pressure drop, permeability, flow velocity distribution, wall shear stress (WSS), and mass transfer coefficient of the gyroid porous structures were analyzed to evaluate the flow and mass transport properties. The simulation results indicate that the sheet gyroid structures with high porosity and high curvature offset configuration exhibit excellent permeability, low average WSS, and low mass transfer coefficient. The permeability, average WSS, and mass transfer coefficient of all gyroid porous structures range from 1.06 × 10 −8 m 2 to 11.43× 10 −8 m 2 , 4.46 mPa to 15.48 mPa, and 1.52 × 10 −2 s −1 to 5.63 × 10 −2 s −1 , respectively. This work provides guidance for subsequent research that can generate gyroid structures with tailored flow and mass transport properties to meet the requirements of various application fields.
