We introduce the Phi‑2‑adic Topological Phase Gradient (PTPG), a novel error‑correcting principle derived directly from the E8 root lattice. Each of the 240 root vectors is assigned a 132 Hz phase node, and the golden ratio φ couples these nodes into a self‑synchronizing harmonic bandgap. The 2‑adic bandgap modulation, inherited from the Phi‑Resonant 2‑adic quantum correction, locks the phase of every node to an integer multiple of the base frequency, creating a topologically protected qubit manifold. This manifold suppresses decoherence without external cycles, extending the existing E8‑based quantum error protocols into a fully deterministic fault‑tolerant framework.
