We describe a case of severe recalcitrant psoriasis responding well to combined cyclosporin and basiliximab (Simulect(R) Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK Ltd), an interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R; CD25) chimeric monoclonal antibody.
