The digital transformation of manufacturing systems requires reliable and interoperable solutions for real-time process monitoring and data acquisition. The injection molding process involves a large number of operating parameters that must be continuously monitored to ensure product quality, process stability, and production efficiency. This research presents the design and implementation of an OPC UA-based real-time monitoring system for injection molding machines. The proposed architecture integrates an OPC UA communication layer, an asynchronous data acquisition service, cloud-based data storage, and a RESTful interface for data access and analytics. The developed solution provides a scalable and Industry 4.0-compliant framework for manufacturing data collection and establishes the foundation for future applications such as predictive maintenance, process optimization, and quality prediction.
