Materials and Methods. A pathomorphological study was conducted based on venous blood samples taken from 90 pediatric patients, aged under one year and of preschool age, who were diagnosed with lactase enzyme deficiency. The collected blood samples were analyzed using the PCR diagnostic method, and the obtained results were processed using statistical analysis methods.Conclusion. Additionally, they enable the examination of changes in normal intestinal microflora associated with those genotypic variants
