Research note with code and run logs from the Resonant Vacuum Theory (RVT) programme, working notes of 23-27 September 2026, deposited as they stand on 29 September 2026 so that they can be cited from the manuscripts "Hydrogen as a Classical Standing Wave: Bohr Levels and Orbital Shells Emerge without Angular Input" (submitted to Atoms, MDPI, September 2026; Zenodo record 10.5281/zenodo.21096511, all versions) and "Toward a microscopic mechanism for Pauli exclusion" (in preparation). Content of the note (19 pages): far-field audit of the certified axisymmetric Q_H = 1 Hopf-soliton checkpoint of 19 August 2026 (a converged core on an unconverted far field); Sobolev (Helmholtz) preconditioned relaxation and the converged cell (E = 1501.98 in the frozen theory u = 0.8); the isorotation functional, its Noether charge Q_N and the parameter-free prediction for the rotating far field; the omega ladder; the self-field pre-check for H3B step (ii); the maximal isospin charge of the cell and how it fixes u; the half quantum Q_N = 1/2 and the canonical angular momentum J_z = k Q_N about the symmetry axis; definitions of electron cell, pair channels, atomic mode and exclusion; GPU rounds 1-4 with the coaxial pair channel, the orientation scan, the stability and ripple tests, and the Q_H = 2 collapse. Files: H3B_step1_isorotating_cell.pdf (the note) and its Markdown source; h3b_step1_code_and_runs.zip (analysis scripts, the preconditioned relaxer rvt_gate41_axis_v5s.py, the solver rvt_gate41_free_flow_gpu_axis_v5m.py and certification script, GPU drivers, all run logs, certificates, summaries and JSON tables, the figures, and the two-dimensional Pauli programme in one convention); gate41_k25_Q1_final.npz with its log (the certified checkpoint the note audits); README.md.
