Amblyopia affects temporal as well as spatial vision, with impaired temporal synchrony reported in the amblyopic eye [ 1 , 2 ]. Studies show that temporal discrimination through Two-Flash Fusion (TFF) training can nevertheless improve adult visual performance [ 2 ]. Because the pupil control pathway integrates successive light pulses [ 3 ], pupillometry may provide an objective physiological complement to perceptual reports. This study examines flash-count-evoked (through TFF) pupil responses during repeated one- versus two-flash discrimination in an adult with strabismic amblyopia.
