In this paper, a four‐terminal graphene‐coated ceramic antenna with a metasurface wall is proposed for tunable terahertz (THz) MIMO communication. The proposed design solves the problems of frequency reconfigurability, circular polarization, high port isolation, and better far‐field decorrelation in a compact architecture. The frequency tuning is realized by tuning graphene potential in the range of 0–0.5 eV. The working frequency range can be obtained from 5.30 to 5.95 THz with stable radiation properties. The antenna has circular polarization, mutual coupling less than −25 dB, low ECC < 0.01, and high realized gain across the operating band. Metasurface wall can effectively suppress the surface‐wave coupling and enhance the pattern diversity, which is helpful to improve the MIMO working. The projected aerial is capable contender for the upcoming 6G THz radio communication and high‐speed data transmission applications owing to compact configuration and excellent diversity characteristics.
