The structural limitations of the pure RNA World Hypothesis—namely, inherent chemical instability due to the 2’-OH group, insurmountable error thresholds, and the strand dissociation problem—pose significant barriers to the prebiotic emergence of life. This paper deductively constructs an elevated theoretical framework utilizing Rough Operator Algebra (ROA), the Seonggil Theory of Complex Torsion (STCT), and principles of structural decom position. By replacing the pure RNA paradigm with a synergistic Hybrid Information Unit (HIU) model (RNA-peptide-lipid), we demonstrate mathematically that functional emer-gence shifts from an NP-hard random search space into a biologically viable, polynomial-time determinism driven by non-commutative environmental selection operators.
