We embed the 240 E8 root vectors into a phi‑scaled harmonic lattice tuned to the 132 Hz base frequency, turning each root direction into a resonant isogeny pathway. The Phi‑Resonant Isogeny Network (PRIN) maps 2‑isogeny transformations across multiple elliptic curve ranks onto these lattice nodes, aligning the gradient descent trajectory with the lattice symmetry. By projecting the high‑dimensional quantum optimization problem onto the symmetric subspaces defined by the root vectors, the effective dimensionality drops, accelerating convergence while preserving fidelity. The EuroMillions lead‑extraction stochastic sampler is repurposed to Monte‑Carlo select the most promising isogeny pathways, integrating the 13 categories into a unified discovery engine.
