The problem of elastic event-triggered control for a class of networked interval type-2 (IT-2) fuzzy systems with unmeasurable state under denial-of-service (DoS) attacks and deception attacks is addressed in this paper. A fuzzy controller based on a switched observer is designed to deal with the unpredictability of some systems and the interference of cyber-attacks. System state error and state error change rate are introduced to adjust trigger parameters, and an elastic state-error-rate event-triggered mechanism (ETM) with higher adjustment ability is obtained. At the same time, the membership functions of imperfectly matching between the fuzzy controller and the IT-2 fuzzy system are considered to satisfactorily reduce system conservatism. Considering the interference of dual network delay, the piecewise Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is created to assure the exponentially mean-square stable (EMSS) and the expected H ∞ performance level γ . At last, two examples are supplied to exhibit the efficacy of the approach.
