This deliverable presents 12 case studies from 11 national and thematic OSTrails pilots, documenting how the Plan-Track-Assess (PTA) framework of the project is being implemented across different research environments, complemented by the Horizon Europe pilot reported in D4.2. It provides a cross-case synthesis by PTA pattern and an overview of the capabilities and integrations supported by the tools and proof-of-concept instances, establishing the implementation baseline for the evaluation in D4.4.
