Introduction: Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyan (SNSPA) is a national health initiative organized by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, which was conducted between September 17 and October 2, 2025. The campaign is dedicated to improving the health of women, adolescent girls, and children through community-based screening, counseling, immunization, and specialist outreach services. Guided by the vision, “Healthy Women → Empowered Families → Stronger Nation,” SNSPA seeks to strengthen family and national well-being by prioritizing women’s health. Materials and Methods: The Department of Community Medicine at IMS and SUM Hospital led SNSPA activities at the Urban Health Training Centre in Baramunda, with support from various clinical departments. A descriptive, record-based study was conducted using outpatient and laboratory registers. Demographic and clinical data were analyzed using Excel, and all individuals attending the outpatient department during the campaign period were included in the analysis. Results: Acute illness care accounted for 331 (66.3%) of consultations, whereas services for noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) comprised 106 (21.2%). Among 59 individuals tested for random blood sugar, 35 (59.3%) had abnormal levels. Of the 135 screened for blood pressure, 68 (41.2%) had Stage 1 and 52 (31.5%) had Stage 2 hypertension. Hemoglobin testing among 39 participants revealed a mean hemoglobin of 10.48 ± 0.78 g/dL, with mild anemia in 29 (74.4%) and moderate anemia in 6 (15.4%), predominantly among females. Conclusion: The SNSPA campaign demonstrated strong community engagement and highlighted the burden of NCDs within the population served.
